For almost a decade, CTG Owner Neecee Blackwell, has offered the art form of professional photography through her graphics business. One of her specialties and a personal favorites is WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY. Other spectialties include photographing bridal and engagement portraits, senior portraits, family portraits, locations and artistic photography.

CTG’s latest accomplishment in the photography field is winning the “Highway Haiku” competition conducted on by the Shreveport Regional Arts Council and Lamar Billboards. Out of five photo entries to this artist's comptetition, two of her photographs were chosen as winners. The prize for being chosen was the images would be rendered into 30 foot billboards around the Shreveport/Bossier area. The image called “Happy Dog” is a nighttime shot of an American Bulldog playing in the fountains at the Shreveport Riverfront, getting sprayed in the chin as he mis-timed his bite to catch the spurt of water. The other is called “Tulips”. Both these images have been rendered on large 30 foot billboards and are presently on display in Bossier City, Louisiana area. At present "Happy Dog" resides on the westbound lane of I-20, between the Industrial and Airline Drive exits on the right side of the road going west. "Tulips" can be seen from the Eastbound lane Highway 80 near the Industrial Drive exit. It is situated above a pawn shop on the Westbound side of Hwy 80 but can be seen only when traveling east looking to the left.
